2. No Data Collection by the Developer

Principle: We (the developer of this add-on) do not collect, process, or store any personal data on our own servers. We do not use tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising networks within the add-on.

We do not have access to your browsing history or your API credentials.

3. Local Storage of Data

To ensure the functionality of the add-on, it is necessary to store the credentials (e.g., API Keys, Tokens, or User IDs) for the service MXroute.

• Storage Location: These data are stored exclusively locally on your device in your browser's internal storage (e.g., browser.storage.local or localStorage).
• Purpose: The storage is solely for your convenience, so you do not have to re-enter your credentials every time you use the add-on.
• Access: We have no access to this locally stored data. The data never leaves your device to go to us. It is only transmitted directly to the third-party API provider (see Section 4).

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

The add-on establishes a direct connection between your browser and the interface (API) of MXroute.

• When you use the add-on, your API credentials, as well as your input/queries, are sent directly to MXroute to process your request.
• This data transmission occurs directly from your client (browser) to the API provider, without passing through the developer's servers.

5. Data Security

Since the data is stored exclusively locally on your device, the security of your data depends largely on the security of your browser and your operating system.
